More good news for our short film, Colin the Dog’s Fabulous Midnight Adventure and Another Story, which has been selected to screen in Balmain, Sydney, as part of the inaugural Good Dog! International Film Festival.
There could not be a more perfect place for Colin to screen. Parts of the short story on which the film is based were inspired by the suburbs of Balmain and Birchgrove — particularly Birchgrove Oval, where the crew shot perhaps the most beautiful scene in the film.
Political satirist, cartoonist and Oscar-winning Australian animator Bruce Petty has been confirmed as a judge for the festival and we are excited that Colin will be screening in excellent company, with the line-up so far including films starring Glenn Close, Edie Falco and Christopher Meloni from (!!DAH-DAH!!) Law & Order SVU.
The festival runs from 17 to 19 August. We know you and your pooches have busy schedules but hope you can join us for this very special screening.
